ABAM’s Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via mail (post mark), Email, or fax transmission (619-543-9814). Cancellation Policy will be strictly enforced since courses require a great deal of planning, preparation, and cost.

A refund will be given, less a $500.00 processing fee if cancelled 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. Any cancellation less than 14 days or “No Shows” will not qualify for a refund, but may be used toward a future workshop with the approval of ABAM.

Should it be necessary for ABAM to cancel a program, a full refund of the registration fee will be refunded. ABAM shall not be responsible for expenses registrants may have spent on non-refundable airline tickets, related travel costs, claims for lost wages, or hotel accommodations in the event a course is cancelled or sold out. We reserve the right to refuse registration from any attendee. Seminar Location, Agendas and course instructors are subject to change. ABAM shall not be liable for any claims, losses, costs, expenses, delays or loss or enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, instructor no-shows, weather conditions to resulting in cancellation of program, or damages to persons or property arising out of or connected to this function.

Your registration will not be valid and confirmed until your course fees have been received. Registration will not be taken without payment of tuition, in full. You will receive written confirmation from our office when we receive your payment for a course. Until you receive this confirmation, please do not assume you are registered for the course. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 days, please contact us. Your registration is not finalized until you receive this written confirmation from our office. We are not responsible for accommodating unconfirmed registrations in the event of a sold out course.
